About us

ArcSpan was built to solve two important challenges.

Small companies are often challenged to find executive-level sales support when actively developing their initial customers, and to succeed when demand comes from outside their home market.

How we think about the work

Small companies rarely fail for lack of a good product. They stall because nobody has built the muscle for finding customers, closing them, and doing it again.

ArcSpan exists to build that muscle. We start close to the ground, in the work of finding and winning a company's first real customers, and we stay involved as that early traction turns into a repeatable process and, eventually, a global one.

We work in short, accountable engagements with clear evidence at each stage — a signed customer, a documented process, a qualified market — rather than long retainers built on activity instead of outcomes.

Who we work with

  1. Emerging companies, typically angel or early venture funded, with market interest from zero to a small handful of customers, looking to bridge to a sustainable sales motion.
  2. Founders who have proven local demand and are ready to formalize how they sell.
  3. Growing businesses, often Series A or Series B funded, that see demand in global markets but do not yet have trusted relationships in those regions. We specialize in Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa.

What guides the work

Directness. We tell clients what's working and what isn't, early enough to act on it.

Rigor. Recommendations are tied to customer conversations or a market data point.

Partnership. We sit inside the work with your team, and we measure ourselves by what you can run without us.

Global fluency. Market entry advice grounded in how business actually gets done in that market — not a template.

Whether you're chasing your first customer or scoping your first market abroad, start with a short conversation.
